The Southwest Branch location will close after Saturday, Sept. 4, in preparation for the opening of the West Irving Library.
Book returns available via drop box through Sept. 30. Starting September 20, the Irving Public Library's Bookmobile will be available in the Shady Grove Shopping Center parking lot (northwest corner) every other Monday from 1:30 to 3:30 p.m.
The new 25,000-square-foot, state-of-the-art West Irving Library will open in Spring 2011 at the corner of Esters and Rochelle roads.
Please visit the Bookmobile or the nearby Central Library, 801 W. Irving Blvd., for service.
