	Irving Public Library offers a wide range of electronic resources that can be accessed anytime, anywhere. From electronic databases, eBooks, and downloadable media it's all available from home. A valid library card is necessary to use some of the electronic resources. The catalog, databases and downloadable resources are unavailable from midnight to 4 a.m. daily.
